My aim is to provide work of the highest quality and fairest price. I’m not lying when I say I want to help out your company transition onto the web – I love what I do. I love creating content-driven websites. I love spending hours designing a unique web presence. I love drawing up imaginative logos. So what can be better than making your obsession your vocation?
My goal is to create. I can charge less than other designers because I am a solo designer working from home. I have very little overhead business costs compared to corporations. Also, because I work alone, you can expect quick turnaround on your project. All my work is original and created to your exact requirements, whether you need a clean business portfolio or a fully animated Flash music site. No matter what your project is, you will be completely satisfied.

About First Light Design
My name is Bryan Way, and I am the founder and owner of First Light Design. I am a college student, majoring in English, and the sole designer of this Cape Cod-based web firm. I have more than ten years of experience in multimedia design, including Web Design, Graphic Design, Image Editing, Flash Production, Animation with Flash, and Sound and Video Production.
Over the past decade, I have produced countless web pages. I have designed sites with everything from Flash, to Javascript, to HTML. Being a freelance solo designer, I work closely with my clients, offering a personal experience unmatched by larger firms. My rates are very fair and competitive, and I am willing to work with any budget. I am an honest and straightforward individual, and I have never had an unhappy client. Most importantly, the quality of my work is unmatched by other local firms, and on top of that, I offer the most competitive rates. |

Web Design Process
The project process is clear-cut. We discuss basic needs, price, and time frame. When the essentials are set, the planning stage comes in. You either tell me your ideas with an outline or I can use my own creative judgment. I offer one free local meeting for every project. When we both know what you want out of your project, the first half of the payment is due.
Next is the production stage. I build your website just the way you want, within the specified time frame. Your ideas are in full control, I just translate it onto the web. When I am finished, you review the site and tell me if there are any changes you would like done. When you are happy with the final product, the second half of the payment is due. When payment is received, your site goes live, and is available to the public. If you choose, I can maintain your site with updates as needed. The rest is the future!
